Your privacy is important to TR Equipment and we want you to be able to feel safe when you provide personal information to us. Through this policy, we inform about how we process personal data within our business.

1. Personal data controller

TR Equipment is responsible for personal data for and processes the personal data you provide to us. This applies to e.g. name, social security number, address, e-mail address and telephone number. In the case of internal processing for analysis and statistical purposes, the data will be anonymised as far as possible.

Finally, the processing of your personal data may also take place in order for TR Equipment to be able to fulfill obligations under laws and regulations, e.g. current accounting and security.

5. Access to personal data

TR Equipment stores personal data locally and the data is mainly used within our own operations. However, your personal information may be shared with an outside party, for example with other partners to us, in order to provide and fulfill our services and assignments, e.g. at contact and local mediation.

TR Equipment never sells or passes on your personal information to any third party for direct marketing purposes. TR Equipment AB also does not transfer personal data to third countries, i.e. countries outside the EU / EEA area.

6. Storage time

Your personal data will be stored for the period required to fulfill the purposes and purposes specified in this personal data policy. If the registered person wishes, the information will be deleted. When determining the period during which your personal data will be stored, we pay special attention to the requirements for storage times that follow from law, authority recommendations, industry practice and any guarantee commitments. Information needed for accounting purposes is stored for at least seven years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.

If you subscribe to a newsletter or similar, your contact information will be saved as long as you choose to continue receiving the newsletter.

7. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to request information about the personal data that TR Equipment processes about you. You also have the right to request that your incorrect personal data be corrected, that your personal data be deleted, that you object to certain processing of your personal data and the right to transfer your data (data portability). Requests to exercise any of the rights listed above are made to the CEO of the company. In order to gain access to the rights above, we need to be able to secure your identity, as the rights only concern the data subject's right to his own information. 8. Technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data

TR Equipment takes ongoing technical and organizational measures to comply with the principles of "built-in data protection and data protection as standard". We encrypt our storage areas and use industry-standard security measures. We continuously evaluate the risks with the personal data processing that takes place and take the necessary security measures to reduce the risks. Employees of TR Equipment are bound by confidentiality agreements and are obliged to follow TR Equipment's internal policies and routines for IT and information security to ensure that personal data is processed in a confidential and secure manner.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

TR Equipment reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy. The date of the last change is stated at the end of the Privacy Policy.
